Dermaplaning is a gentle form of manual exfoliation of the skin that all skin types and colors can benefit from. Your provider will use a surgical blade, to gently “shave” the skin’s surface, removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (peach fuzz). Clearing this dead skin and peach fuzz helps kick-start the cell regeneration process and leave your skin with a smooth appearance and a radiant glow. Dermaplaning are performed on clean, dry skin on the forehead, cheeks, chin, nose and neck.  Please keep in mind that dermaplaning is not a suitable treatment if you have excessive facial hair.
